Oppo Find X Back Side

We have seen many trends in smartphone industry like the one with qwerty keypads, foldability, metallic body, glass body, 18:9 aspect ratio then there was a notch trend introduced by Apple in its iPhone X but all that is now old. Now we will see the new trend of least bezels or no bezels as the launch of Oppo Find X in India. Oppo Find X is the latest flagship of BBK owned Chinese manufacturer which has a camera slider which makes this phone the true bazel less.

Oppo Find X Price and Availability

Today at an event in Delhi, Oppo launched its latest flagship smartphone called Find X for a price of Rs 59990. It will be available on Flipkart from August 3 in India, also it will be available via offline channels later. However you can pre-order oppo find X on flipkart from July 25. You will also get a Rs 3000 Flipkart voucher while pre-ordering. Oppo Find X Specifications

It has all glass premium design and a O-Face Recognition technology.  Oppo find X has a 6.42 inched full HD+ AMOLED Display with the resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and a screen to body ratio of 93.8% which is huge for any smartphone. Pixel density is of 401 pixels per inch with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio of Display. Display is the main highlight because this makes the phone. Oppo Find X is powered by a powerful octa-core CPU the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Soc coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. We have seen this processor in many flagship phones this year like Oneplus 6, Asus Zenfone 5Z, Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ etc. There is 8 GB Ram and 256 GB inbuilt Storage that cannot be expanded.

Oppo Find X Camera

The most highlighting part of phone is its camera. If we say its truly bezel less then where is the front camera and sensors, well there is a slider at top which pops out whenever camera app is triggered.  We have seen this design in Vivo Apex which was a concept phone actually but this was shown practically for the first time in Vivo Nex and now in Oppo Find X but there is a huge difference between the two phones Vivo Nex and Oppo Find X launched by same host BBK. Vivo Nex hides its front camera in the slider but this one Oppo Find X hides both its cameras front as well as Rear in the same slider at the top which makes it look even more beautiful from the back.

Talking about cameras we see a Dual Camera Setup at the back with a Primary Camera of 20 Megapixel and an aperture size of f/2.0 followed by a 20 Megapixel Secondary Camera with the same aperture size. In the front Find X bears a 25 Megapixel AI 3D Camera with f/2.0 aperture size. Both the cameras are hidden in a motorized slider which opens and closes when the camera app is triggered.

Oppo Find X has a 3730 mah battery which VOCC fast charging whereas the Chinese variant had a 3400 mah battery with Super VOCC flash charge. This gives a balanced deal as the battery capacity is increased but the charging rate is reduced. It is said to deliver 2 hours of talk time with 5 minutes of charging.  Find X runs on FuntouchOS 5.1 based on android 8.1. It supports dual nano sim cards and no micro SD card slot available.

Connectivity options are USB Type C for charging and there is no 3.5 mm audio jack for which Oppo gives you a type C to 3.5mm converter inside the box and also a type C earphones too. There is 4G, VOLTE, Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS etc. Phone weighs 186 gram which might be a little heavier than usual phones.

Wrapping up Oppo Find X has a beautiful design and brings something new to it the motorized camera slider which makes it completely bezel less in all aspects and a superfast face unlock. No issues with its features but its price makes it premium. It becomes an attraction for fancy people and overpriced.
