Vivo introduced Vivo Nex today at an event in Delhi. Previously Vivo Apex was introduced with a similar design but apex was just a concept but now we can access that concept as Vivo Nex. Also, we have seen the same design in Oppo Find X a few days back. Why Vivo Nex is so special because it gives you something different than iPhone X style notch phones and a minimal bezel phone. But the question is what is so different in Nex than Oppo Find X. Well, the answer is their pricing. Oppo Find X costs Rs 60000 while the price of Vivo Nex is sensible and gives you the similar specifications.

Vivo Nex looks so exciting and design is the most important aspect as we get to see a bezel-less Display with 91.24% screen to body ratio and that’s huge. There is no notch at the top or no chin at the bottom. You must be wondering then where is the front camera and fingerprint sensor. Well, the fingerprint sensor can be placed at the back as well but that’s not the case. The fingerprint sensor is placed beneath the display. It’s an in-display fingerprint phone.

The camera is an important part here as to design and to itself because the front camera is hidden in the display itself. Not actually the display but whenever front camera is turned on a camera slider pulls out from the top and there is the front camera. It takes 1 second to open the slider and it goes in as the camera work is done. At the back, we get a 12MP Dual-Pixel focusing camera setup with f/1.8 aperture and with the lens of Sony IMX363 sensor.

Talking about performance we see the latest Snapdragon 845 Soc by Qualcomm. We have seen this processor in many flagship devices this year. It’s an octa-core CPU which works at 2.8 GHz clock speed. There is Adreno 630 GPU attached to it. It is 30% faster than the Snapdragon 835. There is 8 GB Ram making the phone future proof with multitasking. There is a 4000 mah battery which makes it different than other flagship phones. AI features are also included in Vivo Nex.
