Chinese smartphone maker Vivo launched today Vivo 15 pro officially in India. Vivo V15 Pro is the 1st smartphone in India which have built-in 675 Snapdragon processor with in-display fingerprint sensor. Vivo V15 Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 AIE octa-core processor. Camera
V15Pro comes with triple rear camera setup including a primary 48MP camera that uses Pixel Binning techniques to produce better 12MP shots in low-light conditions. Vivo V15 Pro sports AI-enabled triple rear camera setup. Secondary and tertiary rear cameras includes 8MP wide-angle lens and 5MP depth-sensing lens. Like every other smartphone, the V15Pro has multiple camera modes to help you artificially take better pictures in all conditions. Rear camera supports features such as AI Face Beauty, AI Portrait Framing, AI Super Night Mode, and AI Body Shaping features, for example.
Display & Design
The smartphone comes with extremely slim bezels, which increase the screen-to-body-ratio and in turn offer a great experience when you are watching a video or photos on it. AMOLED display of the V15 Pro does a great job. It offers good viewing angles and shows vibrant colours. The Vivo V15 Pro uses a big 6.39-inch Ultra FullView display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and screen-to-body-ratio of 91.64% & at the rear panel, the V15 Pro features a dual tone design which Vivo calls “Spectrum Ripple Design”.
Specs & Storage
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675AIE octa-core processor supported by an enhanced CPU and GPU it’s less consumes power while delivering flagship-level performance. V15 supports fifth-generation optical in-display fingerprint scanner According to Vivo’s competitor. Fifth-generation sensors are 25% faster than fourth-generation sensors.
V15Pro will run on Android 9 Pie-based Funtouch OS 9.Vivo says Funtouch 9 on the V15Pro comes with the upgraded Game Mode 5.0 feature, which has a “Competition Mode” to reallocate resources for better game performance and “Dual-Turbo” to reduce frame-drops by “300%”.
Vivo V15 has a Micro USB and it supports fast charging we know that this is a weird choice for such a high-tech device. Vivo says this charging solution is their “latest”, though we should note that Vivo’s first smartphone under its iQoo subbrand will have 44W fast charging.
Price
Pricing for the Vivo V15 Pro lands at Rs 28,990 in India and other key markets for Vivo, roughly $400 if it were sold in the States. Currently, it’s unclear where else the device will be sold. A specific release date has also not been announced yet.
